His deep understanding of the operational and culinary aspects of the ever-changing food scene has propelled his personal and professional growth, starting from a single restaurant in Lakewood, CO, to now proudly securing the fifth location in the greater metro area.

Under Jeremy's leadership, PRG has expanded its presence in Denver by not only opening and acquiring local franchise operations but also by curating and launching original concepts. Our latest addition, "Burgers & Dreams," is a unique Diner-style Smashburger concept situated in the heart of Downtown at McGregor Square. This exciting venture marks PRG's third location within the vibrant Downtown Entertainment complex, serving as a testament to Jeremy's profound passion and extensive experience in restaurant operations.
